Contact Us Via Email

The best way to contact us is via email. Write to webmaster@ebookcompiler.com

We endeavour to reply to all e-mail as quickly as possible. Except in exceptional circumstances (fire, flood or vacations), we will attempt to reply within 2-3 business days, and will usually reply much sooner. If you do not see our reply to your email within a few days, please see the box on this page about "Email Communication Problems".

Email Communication Problems

We generally respond to non-spam emails within, at most, a few days. If you having difficulties contacting us, or have not received a reply from us:

Be aware that spam-filters or anti-spam software may be blocking our replies or placing them in a spam folder:
- If you have not seen our reply: Please check your spam folder
- If you have a double opt-in anti-spam system for incoming emails (people must fill in a form or click a link before their emails can be received by you), it may be blocking our replies: Please turn it off
- Be aware that our reply may not come from the same address as that at which you emailed us
Sometimes a person's email settings or software may be incorrectly configured. Their outgoing mail is not being actually sent, and/or they are not receiving incoming mail properly.
- Please get a friend using a different email provider/ISP to check that they can receive your emails, and to send you emails to verify that you can receive theirs.
- If you have an alternate contact email address, please mention it your emails.
- We recommend: You can also sign-up for a free account from sites like Hotmail or Yahoo! Mail, and try emailing us from there.
We do not generally use spam filters on incoming mail, however because of the volume of spam that we receive, it is possible (although it is very rare) that we may miss your email. To reduce this possibility: Please use an appropriate and descriptive subject line for your emails - such as "ANSWERS 2000" or the name of product that you are contacting us about. It is also possible (but very rare) that technical problems may result in the loss of emails - in this case you will need to resend it.
If you have not received a reply within a few days: Please email us again.

- Please mention in your email that you have tried to contact us previously.
- Please do check your spam folder for our replies.
- Please include an alternate email address that we can contact you at, and/or also email us from a second email provider, such as the free services provided by Hotmail or Yahoo! Mail.

We know how frustrating it can be if you send email, and can't see a reply - but we really do try to provide helpful responses to your emails. So, please take the above items into account (especially to check your spam folder) if you can't see our replies to your email.
